Friends of Holly Hayes Wood are working closely with the Leicestershire & Rutland Wildlife Trust to establish a proper management plan for the sites and to help us with a biodiversity report.
It is hoped that the exercise will start in earnest during the spring and that the work will help us to better identify, and protect, the wildlife on our sites. We also hope this will lead to us being able to target and attract further funding.
